On Monday we celebrated our Virtue Award Assembly. Each Term Kaiako nominate students who demonstrate the Cardinal Virtues of Prudence, Temperance, Justice, or Fortitude, as well as the Theological Virtues of Faith, Hope, and Love.

PRUDENCE: Consistently making good choices.

| Logan has grown so much this year and always tries to make the best choice in a situation.

| Evony consistently makes sensible decisions and sets a strong example for others to follow. Her commitment to doing the right thing reflects her maturity and sense of responsibility.

| Torito consistently shows good judgement and makes smart decisions, setting a positive example for his classmates. He's dedicated to making the right choices and always demonstrates maturity and integrity.

| Charlee-Rose consistently puts great effort into her learning, asks questions and strives to improve. She approaches her work in a positive and organised manner and does not allow anything to distract her from achieving her goals.

| Douglas showed a caring heart towards the new ākonga coming next year. He made sure to remember their names, but include them in each activity. Creating an inclusive environment for all.

| Therese was a stand out during the transition events for the new Year 7 of 2025. She made sure to include all ākonga, and engaged with those who were upset.

| Georgia displays a positive and enthusiastic demeanour in class. Even though often challenged or incorrect, she soldiers on and shows a keen interest in all material taught. She takes criticism constructively and is an example to others with her manner and focus.

| Skylar has a positive attitude towards maths, which is infectious amongst her classmates. She has a pure joy to learn and demonstrates to others the joy of learning, which brings hope to those who struggle.

FAITH: Supporting Special Character.

| Klay always offers to read out the Bible passages in Friday Magis Journaling, and he is a lead cantor in the school choir. His performance at the Confirmation liturgy was outstanding.

| Madeleine is a student who quietly lives our her faith. She work hard finding God in her school work, she is always willing to help out when asked, and is willing to give new things ago. This year she pushed herself by learning to be an altar server.

TEMPERANCE: Practicing self-control.
