The enrolment process for Year 7 2028 will be conducted with the following timeline:

• 9am, Tuesday 27th October 2026 - Applications open for Year 7 2028.
  • Applications are prioritised by our Enrolment Policy after the closing date, not by order of application. 
• 9am, Friday 19th February 2027 - Applications close for Year 7 2028.
  • Invitations to Enrolment Interviews will be sent from the week beginning Monday 22nd February 2027.
• All Enrolment Interviews will take place during March 2027.
• The college will seek to inform families of the outcome of their application before the end of Term 1.

There are several documents that you will need to provide or complete to accompany your application. We will only consider applications once the form is fully completed and all supporting documents are provided. Please make sure you have all the required documents ready to upload before you begin your application. These documents are:

In the Initial application

• Preference Form ( original must be brought, if invited, to the enrolment interview)
• Photo - ways to show how the Parish can locate you.

If your application progresses, the following documents will be required:

• Completed Attendance Dues Form (cannot be digitally signed and the original must be brought, if invited, to the enrolment interview)
• Copy of Baptismal Certificate and any other Sacramental certificates  (if applicable)
• Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport
• Copy of New Zealand Residency or Work Permit (if applicable)
• Copy of most recent full school report
• Immunisation Certificate from your GP (Plunket book not accepted)
• Proof of address (Rates or Utility  - less than 3 months old)
• Latest Attendance Dues statement from your current Catholic School (if applicable)
